FAQs

Common Questions on Gulf & Maldives Placements

Find clear answers to some of the most common questions we receive from Hotel Management professionals planning to work in the Middle East & Maldives.

For eligible profiles with complete documents, hiring plus visa can take anywhere between 2 to 6 months. This depends on the country, hotel brand, medical/attestation requirements and embassy processing times.

For most hotel roles in the Middle East, good English is sufficient because you serve international guests. Basic Arabic is a plus and sometimes preferred for guest-facing positions, but it is rarely a strict requirement in 4 & 5-star properties.

Many Gulf hotels and almost all Maldives resorts provide either free or highly subsidized accommodation, staff meals and transport. The exact details will be clearly mentioned in your job offer before you accept it.

Salaries are typically tax-free (or low tax) and highly competitive. They depend heavily on the country, your experience level, the hotel brand and your position (e.g., F&B Associate vs Rooms Supervisor). We discuss your expected salary range during the initial profile audit.

This depends on the hotel and country. Some employers sponsor visa, medicals and flight tickets completely; others offer partial reimbursement after joining. We only work with employers who clearly mention cost responsibilities in the contract.

Many Gulf countries allow you to apply for family or dependent visas once your salary, designation and housing meet certain criteria. We guide you on the basic rules, but final approval always depends on local immigration regulations.

Our fee structure depends on destination and service level (placement only vs placement + visa + additional training). All charges are shared in writing, with proper receipts and no hidden costs. We do not charge any “job guarantee” or fake fast-track fee.
